데이터 삭제 안내
HypeDuck에 연결한 소셜 계정 데이터를 삭제하는 방법입니다.
1. Disconnect a connected account
Open HypeDuck → Settings → 소셜 계정 연결 (Social account connections), find the connected Instagram or Threads account, and click 해제 (Disconnect).
Disconnecting permanently deletes the stored connection — including the access token — for that account from HypeDuck.
2. Remove the app on Instagram / Meta
You can also remove HypeDuck from your account settings on Instagram or in Meta Business settings.
When you do, Meta notifies HypeDuck and we automatically delete the corresponding stored connection and tokens.
3. Request full deletion
To request deletion of all data associated with your HypeDuck account, email hedgehogcandy23@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request".
We will confirm and complete the deletion. Connected social account tokens are stored encrypted and are never shared.
